The Battle for Truth: OffshoreCorpTalk vs Hamilton Reserve Bank

Whether new to the OffshoreCorpTalk forum or a seasoned user, you probably know already freedom of speech is one of the first things we guide our platform by. We’ve made this video to expose the unfair, abusive and incorrect treatment coming from a so-called top bank against our platform.

Like any other similar platform, we encourage our users to express their experiences with different services or products, such as banks or different institutions. Whether positive or negative, these reviews can and will help other users make more informed decision.

Instead of fixing something or perhaps improve their services to prevent such issues, the Hamilton Reserve Bank Freedom of speechOffshoreCorpTalk Defamation has decided to threaten with legal action if we failed to remove the negative reviews from the OffshoreCorpTalk forum. Which obviously, we didn’t do, as our forum is a freemium platform.

Both positive and negative reviews are encouraged by our forum management. Moreover, many of the negative reviews came with evidence and email responses from the bank. In fact, some of the users had to employ legal teams in order to recover their money, held by the bank due to “technical errors”.

There’s a very fine line between a negative review and defamation. But when that review is backed by evidence, screenshots and emails from the bank itself, it’s pretty obvious that something’s wrong. There’s no smoke without a fire, meaning there are always some reasons for rumors and negative reviews.

The OffshoreCorpTalk forum is based on an honest approach. We encourage free talk, reviews, sharing ideas, you name it. We’re not responsible for what our users post, yet we do have a strict set of rules that we enforce.
